VMI Men’s Soccer Travels for Two Games This Week

LEXINGTON, Va. – The VMI men’s soccer team faces two road tests this week and plays its first Southern Conference contest. The Keydets compete at Mary Baldwin College Tuesday at 4 p.m. and travel to SoCon foe ETSU Friday for a 7 p.m. kickoff.

The Keydets are coming off a 1-0 victory over visiting Southern Virginia University on Thursday, as Nathan Lam scored the game-winner from Leo White.

Mary Baldwin is 2-3-1 on the season after defeating Ferrum 1-0 and falling 3-0 to St. Mary’s last week. Alexis Barba has four goals and one assist on the year for MBC, while Tucker Speak has logged the most minutes in net, posting a 2.89 GAA with 31 saves.
