Fifty-nine people were forced out of their homes after a three-building fire in downtown Vancouver on Monday morning. Vancouver officials are doubling down on Monday’s order to clear a growing tent city on the 100 block of East Hastings Street this week, but residents say they have no other housing options to turn to.
