Al Roker Appears on ‘TODAY’ Show to Share Health Update

Al Roker made a triumphant return to the TODAY Show on Monday, Dec. 12. In a virtual appearance following a series of health woes, the weatherman made a guest appearance to update fans and his colleagues from his home. The 68-year-old has spent the past month in and out of New York-Presbyterian Hospital, noting, “Listen, it’s been a tough slog. I’m not going to deny this. Todd and Julie Chrisley Sentenced for Tax Evasion, Bank Fraud

Todd and Julie Chrisley have officially been sentenced.The couple–best known for the USA Network reality TV series Chrisley Knows Best–was found guilty of tax evasion and bank fraud back in June of this year, and today, the duo learned that they would be spending a combined 19 years behind bars. Todd, 53, was sentenced to 12 years in federal prison, followed by three years of supervised release. While his wife Julie, 49, received seven years in prison followed by three years of supervised release, according to the U.S. attorney's office. “Over the course of a decade, the defendants defrauded banks out of tens of millions of dollars while evading payment of their federal income taxes,” U.S. Attorney Ryan K.
