New Delhi: Actress Soha Ali Khan is an inspiration for the fitness enthusiast group of people and working moms alike. Every time a new Reel video or picture appears on her Instagram profile, it is nothing short of a delight for her fans who witness the Tum Mile actress engage in yoga, cardio, strength training, and kickboxing alike. And what’s more, the actress does not rely on gyms or yoga studios to ace her fitness game – she works out anytime, anywhere, be it her living room or the staircase. Once in a while, she engages in military-level workouts – a recent one being battle ropes.

Battle ropes or battling ropes is gym equipment used to max out toughness, and durability, strengthen arm muscles, burn several calories and muscle lean muscle mass. In most cases, these are two-three inches thick – and using them can challenge the muscles and increase heart rate as well.

In a recent Instagram post, Soha Ali Khan is seen using battle ropes to balance herself while exercising. She started by holding the ropes and then using them to balance her body and perform squats. In a later part of the video, she performed crunches and jump squats as well.
