Sex and the City releases first full trailer for new series

Much of the cast from HBO’s hit program “Sex and the City” will go back to the screen with a long-waited for reunion. HBO Max, which like CNN belongs to WarnerMedia, launched the very first complete trailer for the series “And Just Like That …” on Wednesday.

The program selects back up with characters, Carrie Bradshaw [Sarah Jessica Parker], Miranda Hobbes [Cynthia Nixon] and Charlotte York [Kristin Davis], minus Samantha Jones [Kim Cattrall], who chose not to return.

Likewise back are fan favorites Mr. Big [Chris Noth], Evan Handler, David Eigenberg, Mario Cantone and the late Willie Garson, who passed away in September.

“Sex and the City” premiered in 1998, based off of the book composed by Candace Bushnell and ran for 6 seasons. It generated 2 movies and a prequel television program called “The Carrie Diaries.”

“And Just Like That” will include 10 episodes and launching on December 9.
