Rome Resources Announces Issuance of Partial Revocation Order
VANCOUVER, British Columbia, Dec. 29, 2021 (WORLD NEWSWIRE) — Rome Resources Ltd. (the “ Company ”) reveals that British Columbia Securities Commission (the “ BCSC “) has actually released an order (the “ Partial Cancellation Order “) partly withdrawing the stop trade order (the “ Cease Trade Order “), which was released versus the Business by the BCSC on April 1, 2016 due to the Business’s failure to submit yearly audited monetary declarations for the year ended September 30, 2015, interim monetary report for the monetary duration ended December 31, 2015 and a Type 51-102F1 Management’s Conversation and Analysis for the durations ended September 30, 2015, and December 31, 2015 (the “ Unfiled Files “).
