Man charged after shot fired into child’s bedroom, standoff in O’Fallon, Missouri | St. Louis News Headlines
O’FALLON, Mo. (KMOV.com) – A male who police think fired a shot into a kid’s bed room was charged after a standoff with officers in O’Fallon, Missouri Sunday.
O’Fallon authorities stated they got a call around 7:30 a.m. Sunday to a house in the very first block of Royallprairie Court, where a shot had actually been fired into a kid’s bed room overnight. The bullet struck a TELEVISION in another space and did not strike the kid or anybody within. Authorities do not think the suspect and household on Royallprairie understand each other.
Officers later on went to the very first block of Creek Branch Court in O’Fallon where they thought a possible suspect was concealing. Authorities stated they ultimately entered into a standoff with the guy, who was equipped, and a SWAT group was called. Around 1:45 p.m., the guy ultimately surrounded and was apprehended. No one was hurt.
Noah Mozee was later on charged with illegal usage of a weapon. His cash-only bond was set at $25,000.
