Man accused of stealing rent checks, money orders from lock boxes at Bossier apartment complexes arrested

BOSSIER CITY, La. (KSLA) – The Bossier City Authorities Department has actually apprehended a guy implicated of taking checks and cash orders from lock boxes at a number of apartment building in the location.
