Mama June Shannon says she almost spent a million dollars on her addiction
The truth star is back with a brand-new program, “Mama June: Road to Redemption,” which focuses around her household and the sobriety of her and her sweetheart, Geno Doak.
“I would say the last year of our addiction, probably a good $900,000,” she stated. “So much money was sent to our dope man.”
Shannon ended up being well-known as the mom of Alana “Honey Boo Boo” Thompson, a kid charm pageant participant who was the star of the popular TLC series, “Here Comes Honey Boo Boo.”
Spinoffs followed, consisting of “Mama June: From Not to Hot” on WE television after Shannon lost nearly 300 pounds through weight-loss surgical treatment, going from a size 18 to a size 4.
In her most current program, her household has a hard time to deal with their lives and restoring trust with Shannon and Doak.
“Mama June: Road to Redemption,” premieres Friday at 9 p.m. ET/PT on WE television.
