Kingdom Hearts lore book KH: Character Files gets English release date

Kingdom Hearts fans will get an opportunity to check out Square Enix’s deep dive into the characters and tradition of the role-playing series this fall with Kingdom Hearts: Character Files, a large hardbound book that will be launched in English for the very first time.

Initially launched in Japan in February 2020, Kingdom Hearts: Character Files is getting an English-language localization thanks to Dark Horse. It’s concerning book shops and comic stores on Oct. 19, for $39.99.

Here’s Dark Horse’s main description of the book:

Check out the Disney-filled world of KINGDOM HEARTS with this extensive check out the precious characters from the most popular video games in the series. In addition to highlighting each character’s progressing look and distinct outfits, this tome lights up the whole cast’s back stories and retells their experiences from throughout the precious series. From renowned heroes like Sora, Donald Duck, Goofy, and King Mickey Mouse, to well-known bad guys like Ansem, Maleficent, Hades, and Scar, this volume provides unmatched insights into the tradition behind the video games!
