‘Jeopardy!’ posts a final message for longtime host Alex Trebek

In a tweet on Friday night, the program published a homage video to Trebek, who hosted the program for 37 seasons and died in November. Today was the recently of brand-new episodes still including Trebek. The episodes were shot in October.

“Simply the best,” the program composed, along with a 90-second video showcasing Trebek for many years. “Thank you, Alex.”

On Monday, the brand-new season of “Jeopardy!” will air, the very first without Trebek. The current season will have numerous visitor hosts completing, while the program look for a long-term replacement.

Trebek passed away on November 9, after revealing in 2019 that he had actually been detected with phase 4 pancreatic cancer. He was 80 years of ages.
