‘Insecure’ will end after its fifth season
Issa Rae, the developer of the popular program, made the statement on Wednesday on Twitter, ahead of shooting for the 5th season.
However this may not be completion of Rae on HBO. In a declaration, Amy Gravitt, executive vice president of HBO Shows, meant possible future jobs with Rae.
“This talented team has conceived a brilliant final season for ‘Insecure’ and we look forward to having many more stories to tell with this singular group of collaborators,” Gravitt stated.
(CNN and HBO share moms and dad business WarnerMedia.)
“Insecure” follows the (mis)experiences of Issa Dee and her pal Molly as they browse life and love in their late 20s and early 30s while residing in Los Angeles.
“I think different in a way that the audience will expect and won’t expect,” Rae stated. “It’s definitely going to showcase some different sides to our characters. We’re trying something new next season that I’m excited about.”
No even more information were disclosed, so fans will simply need to tune in to learn.
