Helen McCrory, ‘Harry Potter’ and ‘Peaky Blinders’ star, dead at 52

McCrory, who was 52, passed away “peacefully at home” after “an heroic battle with cancer,” the “Homeland” star stated in a tweet.

The London-born starlet, who starred as Narcissa Malfoy in the “Harry Potter” franchise, had an arch, mystical quality that served her well in atrocious functions, consisting of the duration dramas “Peaky Blinders” and “Penny Dreadful” and the “Vampires of Venice” episode of the long running “Doctor Who.”

In 2015, she appeared in 2 miniseries: The Work of art production “Roadkill,” in which she played the UK’s Prime Minister opposite Hugh Laurie; and “Quiz,” a fact-based drama about the “Who Wants to be a MIllionaire” scandal.

She was no complete stranger to political functions, playing Cherie Blair — the spouse of British prime minister Tony Blair — two times, in “The Queen” and the TELEVISION film “The Special Relationship,” both times with Michael Shine and “The Crown” author Peter Morgan.

McCrory was likewise an accomplished phase starlet, playing strong females from Woman Macbeth to Medea in London’s West End.

“She died as she lived. Fearlessly. God we love her and know how lucky we are to have had her in our lives. She blazed so brightly. Go now, Little One, into the air, and thank you,” Lewis stated in his tweet.

McCrory and Lewis shared 2 kids together. Discussing the distinct handling their lives often needed to British Style in 2013, McCrory credited her desire to be there for her kids for her excellent resumé.
