Girls Inc. to host free weekend program to empower teen girls | News
ATLANTA (CBS46) — It is time to “G.L.O.W. Up” up at the Girls Inc. of Greater Atlanta’s weekend program to empower teenage ladies this weekend.
The Marietta-based not-for-profit company is debuting a totally free weekend program called G.L.O.W. (Girls Leading Our World) for teen ladies, including regular monthly themed workshops and expedition.
The very first workshop, which is concentrated on self-care, is at 10 a.m. Sept. 25 at the Girls Inc. center in Marietta.
G.L.O.W. is complimentary and open up to all ladies in 7th-10th grade in city Atlanta.
The program intends to establish favorable self-confidence, improve scholastic development and self-reliance, and motivate ladies to support each other.
