Former Wisconsin RB Jalen Berger transfers to a Big Ten school

After being dismissed from the Wisconsin football group in October, running back Jalen Berger revealed his transfer choice on Monday afternoon.

The New Jersey local is remaining in the Big 10. Berger is heading to Michigan State to sign up with forces with previous Wisconsin director of gamer workers Saeed Kahlif, who holds the exact same function at Michigan State.

Simple head coach Mel Tucker lands a gamer who was a four-star hire in the class of 2020. As a freshman in Madison, Berger balanced 5 backyards per bring, amounting to 300 backyards on 60 brings. He likewise included a set of goals on the ground. His 2021 redshirt freshman season saw a decrease in playing time with the arrival of Clemson transfer Chez Mellusi. Berger played in 3 video games, accumulating 24 brings for 88 backyards (3.7 backyards per bring).

Next season, Berger will see the Badgers in East Lansing when Wisconsin takes a trip to Michigan State on October 8, 2022.
