Foo Fighters tour at Madison Square Garden to kick off the iconic venue’s reopening.

The occasion will occur June 20 and mark the very first time the location has actually had a show considering that the Covid-19 pandemic.

“We’ve been waiting for this day for over a year,” Foo Fighters frontman Dave Grohl stated in a press release. “And Madison Square Garden is going to feel that HARD.”

The news of the performance comes simply one day after New york city City Mayor Costs de Blasio revealed that famous music manufacturer Clive Davis will assist create a show in Central Park this August to commemorate New york city’s resuming.

“This concert is going to be a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity,” de Blasio stated. “It’s going to be an amazing lineup. The whole week is going to be like nothing you’ve ever seen before in New York City.”
