Crew of fisherman catches 39-pound salmon during MI tournament

MUSKEGON, Mich. – (7/12/21) – A group of anglers attracted a 39-pound record-setting salmon throughout a Muskegon competition over the weekend.

It occurred on Saturday throughout the Competition Path Muskegon Open.

Organizers stated the anglers consisted of Nate Wellman and his kid Jackson Cole.

Reports stated it took the group about an hour to battle the salmon.

The Competition Path Muskegon Open stated it was the heaviest fish in its history. It published about the excellent catch on Facebook.
