Braelon Allen named the Las Vegas Bowl MVP

It was a fitting last chapter in an amazing freshman story for Wisconsin running back Braelon Allen on Thursday night. A gamer initially hired as a linebacker/safety and who started the year near the bottom of Wisconsin’s running back depth chart took house the Las Vegas Bowl MVP hardware after the Badgers outlived Arizona State in a 20-13 win.

Allen completed with 29 brings for 159 backyards on the ground, consisting of a 43-yard burst that established a Jake Ferguson goal grab late in the very first quarter.
