Bluebird Cafe reopens its doors | News

NASHVILLE, TN (WSMV) – As if no time at all had actually passed at all, the line was twisted around the walkway at The Bluebird Café Friday, filled with excited music enthusiasts intending to get an area at its very first program in 16 months.

The wait was lastly over. “It’s been 532 days since my last show at The Bluebird,” regional songwriter Adam Conner stated.

Individuals from all over the nation just began their wait Friday night. “We’re kind of waiting hoping to get in,” Kara O’Neal, going to from California, stated. “We’re totally going to do it, because of the fact this is The Bluebird Café. we traveled all this way to get here.”

Others from closer by, waited an actually long time. “It’s really been difficult to get through without being able to be at The Bluebird,” Conner stated. “It’s really become a second home to me.”

NASHVILLE, TN (WSMV) – Nashville’s renowned Bluebird Café revealed they’ll be resuming their doors for live music soon due to alleviated COVID-19 limitations.

“It has been a mixture of terror and excitement,” Erica Wallom Nichols The Bluebird’s basic manger, stated. It was a psychological night, and not simply for the workers. “It will be that’s why I’m wearing sunglasses,” Conner chuckled.

“I thank everybody for loving the music in our town and for supporting all of us,” Wallom Nichols stated. “We’re back.”
