President Biden stated, “I’m signing an executive order to make it easier for eligible voters to register to vote and improve access to voting. Every eligible voter should be able to vote and have that vote counted. If you have the best ideas, you have nothing to hide. Let the people vote.”
Biden did sign the executive order, which need to be considered as an escalation, along with your house passage of the For Individuals Act, in the fight to secure ballot rights that are presently under legal attack from Republicans in 43 states.
Ballot rights is the problem that will trigger Democrats to act on altering the filibuster guidelines. The John Lewis Ballot Rights Act is popular and widely supported by Senate Democrats. When Mitch McConnell attempts to obstruct this costs, it will stimulate Democrats to alter the filibuster guidelines.
President Biden comprehends how basic ballot rights are to democracy. The President is not going to disregard and let Republicans rig elections through citizen suppression.
Biden and his celebration are resisting on what will be the essential problem in both the 2022 and 2024 elections. Democrats aren’t going to permit Republicans to corrupt the right to vote.
