Components

  • 6 cups fresh broccoli crowns
  • 1/2 cup prepared and collapsed bacon (about 6 pieces)
  • 1/2 cup diced cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup carefully sliced red onion (about half a little onion)
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup raisins golden or purple

Sauce

  • 1 cup mayo
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

Guidelines

  • In a big bowl, integrate broccoli, bacon, cheddar, onion, sunflower seeds and raisins and toss to integrate.

  • In a different bowl, make the sauce. Integrate mayo, Greek yogurt, honey and apple cider vinegar together. Blend or stir components up until combined and smooth.

  • Put the sauce mix over top of the broccoli salad and stir up until all components get covered.

  • Might serve immediately however it is even much better if it sits (cooled) for 2 hours.
