Glens Falls Police Detective Lt. Seth French mentioned Sunday that the almost 8-week-old toddler died on Saturday at Albany Medical Heart from accidents he suffered on July 4.

His girlfriend, Delaney Locke, had instructed police that Zaugg had been watching the toddler whereas she was at her mom’s house. Zaugg had referred to as her to say that the infant had slipped within the tub when he was giving him a shower and he wanted to return house.
