Assassin’s Creed Odyssey PS5, Xbox Series X 60 fps patch coming Aug. 24

Assassin’s Creed Odyssey is getting a brand-new spot (variation 1.6.0) on Tuesday that will include assistance for enhanced frame rates when running the video game on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series, Ubisoft revealed Monday. Odyssey will be playable at 60 fps on those platforms, when playing the video game through backwards compatibility.

The brand-new spot will need a 470 MB download on PlayStation 4 and a 370 MB download on Xbox One. Spot keeps in mind for the upgrade don’t point out any extra material or functions pertaining to Odyssey.

Assassin’s Creed Odyssey was the series’ 2018 getaway and is offered on Google Stadia, Nintendo Change, PlayStation 4, Windows PC, and Xbox One. It’s the 2nd in the Assassin’s Creed reboot legend that started with Assassin’s Creed Origins in 2017. Odyssey follows Kassandra and Alexios, descendants of Leonidas and brother or sisters that work to pursue a cult, satisfy with historic figures, and remove misconceptions.

In our evaluation of the video game, we called Assassin’s Creed Odyssey “a rich, beautiful world inhabited by compelling characters.”
